Drop in the Bucket
Drop in the Bucket is an all-volunteer organization that was formed in the summer of 2006 by a group of entertainment industry professionals who decided it was time to give something back and take the initiative to help contribute to the health and well being of our fellow man.
Our mantra is, “individuals can make a difference.” When we began, none of us had ever traveled to Africa and we knew nothing about drill bits, well pumps or hydro-geological ground surveys. Armed with nothing more than laptop computers and the desire to make a differenced, we started with Internet searches and soon began forming an invaluable network of talented and motivated people from around the globe.

Engineers in Action
Engineers in Action is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to assisting international communities through sustainable engineering projects. By focusing on basic infrastructure projects like sanitation, potable water, we seek to improve health and economic conditions for communities.

Wishing Well Africa
1.1 billion people world wide lack access to clean drinking water. This lack of water is responsible for 5 million deaths a year and roughly 80% of all disease. The average woman in rural Africa can spend 26% of her time walking miles a day to fetch water (dirty or clean). Our vision at Wishing Well is to see the disease and death that stem from unclean drinking water eradicated during our lifetime and to insure that every individual has access to the most basic human right of clean, healthy drinking water in their communities and villages. As little as one dollar can provide someone in a developing nation water for an entire year.
We have a firm belief that changing the world starts with the culture around you. Lasting positive change comes from a shift in world views; a shift in world views comes from a change of heart, and a change of heart is inspired by the witness of humanity.
